These services are primarily quoted on a project by project basis, as every scope of work is unique.  Fixed hourly rates do exist for several categories, which are listed above. 

Our team aims to guide the homeowner in budgeting the true costs of the project. We offer the homeowner sourcing services, and allow the owner to purchase directly for the located sources, for true payment transparency. We do not charge a percentage or fee on the purchase of materials. With Balis & Sons, you will only pay for the labor of installation/construction.  We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs,  stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.

The last step in any project is site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough between our tech's and the homeowner, where we seek to ensure the job was completed to the customer's satisfaction!
